Warren County Arrest Records

New Jersey's Open Records Act (OPRA) guarantees the rights of the state's citizens to inspect, view, or copy government files, including arrest information, maintained by custodian agencies. However, the Act allows custodian law enforcement agencies to restrict public access to criminal investigatory records. Agencies may withhold shareable investigation information if its release would jeopardize safety, compromise an ongoing investigation, or otherwise be inappropriate.

Under the Open Records Act, a standard public-facing Warren County arrest record typically includes:
